Everything about this book is being handled by us, except the actual printing. We've written and laid out the book ourselves. And when we ship it to you, it will be shipped by us.

We have been told by the printer that the books should be arriving in our city by Mid-June, 2019. We will update this page as we learn more.

We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. We really want you to see this book! However, since we're not an Amazon fulfillment center, we can't guarantee that your order will be shipped within an hour after it's arrival.
