Fantastic book approaching a minimalist approach to Tiki cocktails. This entertaining read is full of great information on rums, spirits, equipment, techniques, and recipes from some of the best Tiki bartenders around the world Don't miss out on this one.

Very detailed book about tiki along with mang interesting, delicious and unique recipes.

I'll start with the only thing that disappointed me: I wish that in addition to the modern spins on the classic cocktails that they had also kept the original versions that were in earlier editions of this book.

That's it, I really loved everything else.

As someone who is new to the whole... thing... I really welcomed the guided breakdowns and the approach to building up both your knowledge and the (eventual) absurd amount of ingredients you will want. By starting with the least you can start making something excellent right away and get some confidence in your creations!

This is suck a beautiful book and is so much nicer than expected. I love that it is not just recipes but also includes history and general tips/tricks for making the best Tiki drinks. I already have Post It notes in half of the book!
