If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, we'll provide a refund if applicable. All returns must begin the refund process within 30 days from receipt date, be in new unused condition and include original product packaging.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by contacting us at sales@wonkpress.com.

Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will reimburse the purchase price and original delivery cost using the same payment method you used for the order, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note: you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and condition of the item. This means books returned damaged, read, or showing wear (e.g. creased spines, marked pages) may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount, at our discretion based on the item's condition.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@wonkpress.com.

For returned items, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
